Dominic DuFaur

Emigrating to Australia in the early 90’s. In 1998 he was encouraged to join a small group of UK recruiters setting up business in the Sydney. Without knowing what he was getting himself in to, this was to be the role that not only shaped his career but let him to build one of the largest IT recruitment teams in the Australian and then launch the Technology People business with Mark and Richard.

Dominic’s role in the group is to oversee the business operations (Australia and UK) as well as managing the day to day delivery of our recruitment function in Australia. Dominic is married with 2 children. He is a fanatical football (Soccer) fan, supporting Tottenham Hotspur.

The reason I started this business and the reason I love it to this day, is down to a passion for providing quality service and the enjoyment I get watching others grow and succeed. The people whom work in our business are some of the best in industry. It is a work hard play hard environment with an achievement and reward culture that allows you the opportunity to grow your own business, truly manage your own time and control the outcomes you get.
